No payment before approval
Nothing is charged and nothing is cut until you sign off on the final proof. If the design is not right after [Revision rounds] rounds, we keep working - we would rather spend another day on artwork than produce a kit a program is unhappy with.

Can I design my own baseball jersey online?
You can start from one of our templates or send your own artwork, and a designer builds the proof from there. We deliberately do not push auto-generated mockups straight to production - a human checks fit, seam alignment and league rule compliance first.
What file format should we send our logo in?
Vector (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal, but send whatever you have. We redraw low-resolution artwork to production quality as part of the proof.
How many revisions do we get?
[Revision rounds] rounds are included, and we will keep going if the design is not right. No payment is taken until you approve the final proof.
