These are not the same uniform with a different label. The cut, the bottoms and the sleeve preference all differ, and buying the wrong one is the most common mistake we see from programs switching suppliers.

Women’s and girls’ fit, done properly
This is the thing generic uniform vendors handle worst. A great many suppliers sell a men’s small and call it a women’s uniform, which produces a garment that is too long in the torso and wrong through the shoulder.
We cut women’s and girls’ patterns separately - shorter torso, narrower shoulder, different armhole, and a waistband that sits where it should. Unisex cuts are still available for teams that prefer them.
