The hardest part of outfitting a youth team is not the design - it is collecting twenty accurate sizes from twenty households. Two things make it manageable.
First, order a free sample set and pass it around at a practice; players try on, a coach records sizes on the roster sheet, done in one evening. Second, use our roster template so sizes come back in a format we can read straight into production.
