Why alignment is the whole thing
Pinstripes are unforgiving. On a decorated blank, the stripe pattern is already woven or printed on fabric that gets cut without regard to where the seams land, so stripes step out of line at the shoulder and side seam.
Full-dye sublimation prints each panel individually before assembly, so the stripe pattern is positioned to meet at the seam. It is the single clearest visual difference between a custom uniform and a customised blank.

A pinstripe baseball jersey is the most requested throwback look, and the garment where alignment shows most. Stripes are printed so they meet at the shoulder and side seams, and the collar, placket and cuffs are printed to match.
