A complete uniform is more pieces than most first-time buyers expect. Here is what we quote as standard, and what gets priced separately so you can build to your budget.

Decoration methods: sublimation, twill and screenprint
The decoration method drives cost, durability and how much design freedom you have. There is no single right answer - it depends on how long the uniforms need to last and how complex the design is.

Minimums and team pricing
Our minimum is 5 players per order. Pricing drops at each tier below, and league or multi-team orders are quoted separately.
We publish these bands because most programs are working to a fixed per-player budget set months in advance. If your number is below the bottom band, say so on the quote form and we will tell you honestly whether we can work to it.
Rosters and sizing
Send us a roster and we handle the rest. A spreadsheet with player name, number and size is enough to start - there is a downloadable template on our sizing page.
Youth and adult cuts differ in torso length and sleeve opening, not just chest measurement, so a YXL is not the same garment as an adult S. If you are outfitting a squad that straddles both, we will send sizing samples before production.

Proof and approval
You get a design mockup before anything is cut. 3 rounds of revisions are included, and we do not take payment until you sign off on the final proof.

Turnaround and season deadlines
Standard orders are delivered 2-3 weeks after artwork approval. Rush orders arrive in 10 business days where capacity allows.
The practical deadline matters more than the production time. Spring programs should have artwork approved by February 1 to be in uniform for opening day. After that we can usually still deliver, but rush charges apply and fabric options narrow.

Full-dye sublimated. Names, numbers, sponsor logos, design proofs and shipping to one US address are included at every tier. Tackle twill is quoted per order. Leagues ordering multiple teams are quoted as one order. Garments are imported.

How much do custom baseball uniforms cost per player?
Team pricing runs $32-$95 per player depending on quantity, decoration method and how many pieces are in the kit. Full-dye sublimated jersey and pant sets sit in the middle of that range.
How long does it take to make custom baseball uniforms?
Standard orders are delivered 2-3 weeks from the moment you approve the design proof. Rush delivery in 10 business days is available depending on capacity.
Can you match our existing team colours?
Yes. Send us a Pantone reference, a photo of your current uniform, or a previous jersey and we will match it in the proof before production.
Do you charge art fees?
No. There are no art or setup fees. Send a logo in any format and we will redraw it to production quality as part of the proof.
Can we order replacement pieces mid-season?
Yes. We keep your design on file, so single replacement jerseys or pants can be re-ordered without setting the artwork up again. Replacement orders are not subject to the team minimum.
