A complete uniform is more pieces than most first-time buyers expect. Here is what we quote as standard, and what gets priced separately so you can build to your budget.

Decoration methods: sublimation, twill and screenprint
The decoration method drives cost, durability and how much design freedom you have. There is no single right answer - it depends on how long the uniforms need to last and how complex the design is.

Minimums and team pricing
Our minimum is [MOQ] players per order. Pricing drops at each tier below, and league or multi-team orders are quoted separately.
We publish these bands because most programs are working to a fixed per-player budget set months in advance. If your number is below the bottom band, say so on the quote form and we will tell you honestly whether we can work to it.
Rosters and sizing
Send us a roster and we handle the rest. A spreadsheet with player name, number and size is enough to start - there is a downloadable template on our sizing page.
Youth and adult cuts differ in torso length and sleeve opening, not just chest measurement, so a YXL is not the same garment as an adult S. If you are outfitting a squad that straddles both, we will send sizing samples before production.

Proof and approval

The practical deadline matters more than the production time. Spring programs should have artwork approved by [order-by date] to be in uniform for opening day. After that we can usually still deliver, but rush charges apply and fabric options narrow.
